ZIM Seven Star Express (Z7S) Starts Asia-USEC Service at DaChan Bay

On 29 May 2015, an Asia-USEC service, ZIM Seven Star Express (Z7S), joined DaChan Bay Terminals (DaChan Bay) with the scheduled maiden call of ZIM SAN DIEGO on May 29.

The Z7S service is operated by ZIM, deploying ten vessels with average carrying capacity of 5,000 ?C 6,500 TEUs, with OOCL taking slots on this new service (it is also called CEC2 service under OOCL's fleet).

The new Z7S connects South China, South East Asia and the Indian sub-continent with the US East coast via the Suez, with fast market transit times and direct calls in major ports.

The new Service calls DaChan Bay every Friday, following a port rotation of DaChan Bay - Yantian - Cai Mep - Singapore - Colombo - New York - Savannah - Norfolk - Singapore - DaChan Bay.
