DaChan Bay Terminals (the Terminal) held a business seminar at Shunde, Guangdong this morning. Over 50 manufactures from Shunde including famous enterprises such as Midea, Galanz, Whirlpool etc., and customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, barge companies and the local terminals etc. from Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shunde attended the seminar and the luncheon, totalling 150 people.

General Manager Commercial of the Terminal, Mr. Jason Sheng Qing introduced the terminal business and Maersk Line also briefed its shipping lines as the customer representative of the Terminal.  The seminar received warm feedback and brought enterprises on the same logistics supply chain together, which was a good platform for all parties to know more about each other and make closer cooperation with complementary strengths toward better logistics solution and lower operation costs, under the current economic depression.

DaChan Bay Terminals takes active initiatives to cater to the market. Since the operation of barge services from early 2008, it has now established a barge network covering the whole PRD area, such as Foshan, Shunde, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Guangzhou, etc.
